The annual Oakhurst rendezvous draws instructors and carvers from California and elsewhere to learn a short distance from the south entrance to Yosemite. Larry Wade is attending and will share interviews with a few notable instructors and attendees.  This is the biggest and best (and only) carving rendezvous in the state. Sixteen instructors and 85 attendees will carve a wide variety of projects over five days. 

Our hope is that you will be inspired enouigh to attend Oregon's Silverton Rendezvous in September or make the trek to attend Oakhurst in the future. A Rendezvous is a great way to learn, carve, and meet talented and ordinary carvers.
